A stay-to-play event requires that event participants stay only at hotels that are designated in the event provider's housing block. All events listed are stay-to-play events and a minimum stay is required. Minimum stay requirements may vary based on event. All visiting teams and/or visiting event participants are required to adhere to the Stay2Play Guidelines and secure hotel accommodations for the duration of the event only at hotel properties and rates listed to participate in the event. No other booking sites, discounts, points awards, special rates or programs, regardless of how obtained, will be accepted.
The stay-to-play policy(s) applies only to accommodations for VISITING (non-local) teams and participants. Stay2Play Guidelines and minimum stay requirements apply to all visiting teams, players, coaches & members only. However, local individual players, families, attendees and/or teams may also take advantage of the Stay2Play Online program and Stay2Play published or advance purchase rates at participating properties and will be subject to the same guidelines
To place a 5-day hold a block of rooms and distribute a link to parents/players/coaches so they can reserve their individual room/rooms using their individual method of payment, please select “Group Block” and the corresponding # of rooms (e.g. 10+) from the "# of Rooms" drop down on the EventPipe booking site. The required Check In/Check Out dates are automatically displayed. Once you’ve completed entering your contact information and other group block information, you will submit the Group Block and receive and email confirmation that will include a link that can be sent to your parents/families to make reservations under your team block.
Once a Group Block is setup by the Team Manager, the confirmation email sent to the Team Manager may be forwarded to each team member which includes the unique booking link that is to be used to reserve a room(s) under the team group block that was just setup by the Team Manager/Primary Team Contact.
Once your reservation or group block is successfully booked, a confirmation for your booking will be sent to your email. Please remember to check your spam folder and add mailer@eventpipe.com to your contact list. If you'd like to access and/or modify your reservation, click on the "Manage Booking" button at the top of the screen and sign in using your email and Reservation Pipe ID number. You can confirm your email and resend the confirmation if needed. Lastly, as a best practice, review any/all spam/junk/promotions/social folders and/or spam filters as security/filters typically may prevent the email from landing in your inbox.
If you'd like to access and/or modify your reservation or group block, click on the "Manage Booking" button at the top of the screen and sign in using your email and Reservation Pipe ID number.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, rate, and dates of reservation. As with all stay-to-play events, all reservations, reservation deposits, or advance purchase reservations are non-refundable/non-cancellable, unless granted/approved by the event provider, in conjunction with the housing provider and the participating hotel property in certain emergency situations such as: cancellation of the event, local/state/federal mandate, participant injury or other valid medical reason, death or hospitalization of a member of the participant’s immediate family, or natural disaster or state of emergency in the participant’s home/home city, or natural disaster or state of emergency in the event/event organizer’s destination city. All refund/cancellation requests (except those related to local/state/federal governmental mandate, natural disaster, or state of emergency) must be made in writing (via email) to the event provider and be accompanied by valid documentation (e.g. doctor’s note for injury or illness) for review and approval, prior to cancellation being made.
Stay2Play uses the Hotel Portal provided by the EventPipe hotel management system for all events.
